You retain ownership of all content you create in Notixa (notes, meeting records, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising.
The Notixa name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Notixa. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service is suitable for any particular financial, legal, or professional purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or financial loss.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the account deletion page. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
